By downloading or using Repose ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Repose is a relaxation and sleep app that uses audio frequencies and optional affirmations. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

Medical Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare provider before use.

Safety Warnings

• Do not use the App while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring alertness.
• Some users may be sensitive to certain audio frequencies. Discontinue use if you experience discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse effects.
• If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or are prone to seizures, consult a physician before use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gary Bruce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and audio in the App are owned by Gary Bruce. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota.
